Jennifer is a principal consultant, solution architect, and technology strategist who has spent over two decades at the intersection of enterprise systems and human change. She has led data consolidations spanning millions of customer records, built and scaled cross-functional teams across global organizations, and architected marketing technology ecosystems for some of the most complex environments in financial services.
Her career spans Vail Resorts, where she consolidated 2.7M customer records across 17+ resort acquisitions, to credit unions, financial services firms, and SaaS organizations navigating high-stakes technology transitions. She brings equal fluency in boardroom strategy and hands-on technical architecture.
Jennifer’s approach is direct, collaborative, and grounded in a single conviction: the best technology implementations are human ones. She is as comfortable in a data architecture review as she is facilitating stakeholder alignment across marketing, IT, and executive leadership.
Outside of client engagements, she mentors young professionals through Junior Achievement and is an active voice in AI adoption, organizational transformation, and the evolving role of technology leadership in financial services.
